A working demonstration of Customer Success leadership thinking — built end-to-end as a reference operating system for enterprise SaaS and BFSI lending technology accounts.
What this is
The Customer Success Leadership Command Center is an AI-assisted prototype that demonstrates how I think about running a Customer Success organisation at scale — particularly for enterprise SaaS companies serving BFSI / lending technology customers (NBFCs, banks, fintechs).
It is not a shipped product. It is a portfolio piece — a way to show leadership thinking through a working artefact instead of slides. Every module reflects how I would design, run, or evolve the function.
Why a Command Center
Most CS teams operate on a patchwork of dashboards, spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge. The thesis here is that a CS organisation needs a single operating surface — where playbooks, signals, cadence, and dashboards live together — so that leaders, CSMs, and execs can all act from the same context.

About the data
All customer names, ticket data, change requests, dashboards, and metrics are fictional sample data. The system is built to feel as if it is connected to Freshdesk (support), Jira (engineering backlog), and a CRM (commercial signals) — and connectors can be wired in when the prototype is taken forward. The weighted health-score model is real and shows the parameters and weights I would use.
How it was built
React + TanStack Router on Vite, Tailwind CSS v4, a small reusable component layer, and a single mock-data module. The original artefact was a long-form HTML prototype — this version restructures it into a clean, navigable web application with proper routes per module.
